The tank is one of the most important components in train which serves as a place to store fuel. However, so far has been component that gone unnoticed, even though there very issue consider, namely how fluid moves due movement while moving. free liquid called sloshing. Sloshing can be reduced by adding anti-sloshing baffles. So it necessary simulate sloshing taking into account value vehicle subsystem and variation baffles design used. There are several models fuel used this study, tanks without baffles; longitudinal (2) lateral (1) - existing (3) with circular perforations; horizontal perforations. This study aims provide configuration optimally reduce occurs. simulation variations was carried out applying Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) method.
